All data is transmitted using TLS encryption (HTTPS). Your bank credentials are handled entirely by Plaid's secure infrastructure and are never stored by Helm. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data on our servers. While no system is 100% secure, we are committed to safeguarding your financial privacy.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Helm is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we discover we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information.
